Louise was at the Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, working with NASA, Space X, Eumetsat and the European Space Agency, for the launch of Sentinel 6. This is the last satellite to go into orbit to complete the current constellation for Europe’s ambitious earth observation programme. Sentinel 6 measures our oceans which is important to monitor to help observe our earth and how it is changing – the changes can be short term – like form day to day weather longer term changes that affect our climate.
